We have made programs for this and that because people were not being who God has made us to be. We must continue to teach and grow in spiritual maturity (holiness). When we grow in holiness we will "be about our Father's business" making a difference for the cross everyday in many ways. Building up others is a most important part of ministry, not programming up. Each part of the body can function and will function when we are growing spiritually.
